Hi! I’m Jim Ligas, 
a real person and have been doing Real Estate as an Investor for 29 Years flipping homes since 1994, fresh out of and graduating from The University of Georgia (GOOO DAWGS!). I have also been practicing Real Estate as a Realtor for over 13 Years. My Wife (Amy) and I have 2 children (Luke and Olivia) with one grand son (Beck) and another grandson on the way. I grew up in Roswell, GA and attended Lassiter High School. I am a GOD Fearing individual with compassion and consideration. I feel that my best accomplishments in life have been putting 1.)GOD 2.) FAMILY and 3.) OTHERS first and feel that those are the best investments I have made in the same order.
